During the pandemic we made big, honest changes, and the practice grew into seven figures without selling any products or bringing in any gadgets. Straight subluxation slaying goodness.
I stopped trying to win the race to the bottom. We focused on being the best at what we do, delivering at 100%, and charging appropriately.
Then I hired a badass team, and that freed me up for my creative side: tech, automation, AI, business.
One disclaimer. A lot of what I share works in any practice. But I’m obsessive about pediatric care and cranial work, and if you’re not really deep on cranials, I’m probably not the person to help you beyond the surface.
